Access to and use of the Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions:
Age Restriction: gaya4d strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We conduct age verification during KYC and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
To access the Services, you must register a single Account on the Platform by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The following rules govern Account registration:
Each Member may hold only one (1) active Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity or using another person's details — constitutes fraud and will result in all Accounts being suspended, balances forfeited, and any outstanding withdrawal requests cancelled.
You must provide your legal full name, valid email address, active mobile number, date of birth, and current residential address at registration. You are required to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. gaya4d will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, gifting, assigning, pledging, or otherwise transferring an Account or any rights associated with it is expressly prohibited.
gaya4d is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to complete KYC verification:
gaya4d aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During peak periods, this may extend to 72 hours. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.
We reserve the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time, particularly where a Member's account activity indicates a material change in risk profile, where documents have expired, or where regulatory obligations require re-verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.
Important: All documents submitted for KYC must be authentic, unaltered originals or certified copies. Submitting forged, edited, or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
gaya4d currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. gaya4d reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during normal banking hours (Monday–Saturday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). Deposits submitted outside these hours, or during public holidays, may experience delays of up to 2 hours. gaya4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are processed within 5–15 minutes during business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next business day. gaya4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). gaya4d does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. Any currency conversion required on your end is solely your responsibility and at your own cost.
gaya4d periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this clause, as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following default wagering requirements apply:
Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bets placed on sports markets with odds below 1.50, or bets using certain excluded game titles, may not count toward wagering requirements. Please review each promotion's specific exclusion list.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to coordinated betting to guarantee outcomes, multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, or using automated systems — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus balances, suspension of the Account, and recovery of any incorrectly paid winnings.
Note: Bonus Funds are always wagered before real-money funds. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are credited as Bonus Funds until wagering requirements are met, at which point they convert to real-money balance eligible for withdrawal.
All sports bets, including mix parlay (accumulator) bets and bandar bola (sportsbook agent market) selections, are subject to the specific rules of the event and market to which they apply. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and accepted, the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended.
gaya4d reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: match abandonment or postponement beyond 24 hours, obvious pricing errors, integrity concerns relating to the event, or technical malfunctions that materially affected the bet acceptance process. In the event of a void, the staked amount is returned to the Member's Account.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) markets on the Platform use official result feeds from recognized draw operators. gaya4d does not control draw outcomes and is not responsible for errors in official result publications. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed results and official results, the official result will prevail.
All live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live) and are subject to those studios' specific game rules. All slot and RNG-based games use independently certified random-number generators. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the gaya4d brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of gaya4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of gaya4d.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the practices described in our Privacy Policy, including the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gaya4d and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, gaya4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk, that past outcomes do not predict future results, and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. gaya4d does not guarantee winnings or outcomes of any kind.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud investigation is pending.

Upon termination, all Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings are immediately forfeited.
